PIMS Default Account Access
All new users are initially provisioned with a Standardized Default Account. This ensures that every member of the parish staff or volunteer team can gain immediate access to the system without waiting for individual credential generation.

Limitations & Restrictions
To maintain the integrity of the database and ensure clear audit trails, several strict limitations are placed on these default accounts.
1. Restricted Account Modification
Users are strictly prohibited from changing the core account details of the default login.
2. Limited Feature Scope
The default account is designed for initial setup and data entry only. It may lack the permissions required for:
- Editing existing records.
- Authorizing high-level sacramental record deletions.
- Deleting records.
- Changing profile information.
- Granting system permissions to other users.
- The data existing in the system is NOT real. It is for demonstration purposes only.

Personal Account (New Parish) Information
Overview
- When a new parish is created, the system allows you to create an administrator account.
- With this account, you will have full control over the parish's PIMS, including the ability to manage users, edit records, and access all sacramental information.
- The system will send the login credentials for this personal account to the email address provided during the parish creation process. It is crucial to ensure that this email address is valid and accessible, as it will be the primary means of receiving important information about your account.
- Users are encouraged to change the default password of their personal account immediately after the first login to enhance security. The personal account will have the necessary permissions to manage all aspects of the parish's PIMS, including record editing, user management, and access to sacramental records.
